Another Monday rears it's ugly head.

As you can surmise I am not a fan of Mondays, that is until I get to work. I actually enjoy working ( I know , how weird is that?) , get to do what I like. I share with other like minded individuals my love of creating something pretty and unique out of paper goods. Mondays are when I have a card class , and spend the evening with many lovely ladies.
Yesterday I spent the day cleaning my scrap room ( I share the room with a budding crafter, my 2 year old granddaughter), getting rid of chalk fingerprints and ink smears from various surfaces, and getting rid of many colored papers that were repeatedly printed off my Internet connected printer. Yes, my gdaughter can work a printer and knows the Disney website.

After the redding up was complete, I began the task of learning how to create flowers from various dies and punches, this is what I came up with.
The rose punch was made using the Mcgill punches and the sunflower was made with the Die-Namics sunflower die.The sunflower was cut from yellow paper and then colored using Tim Holtz distress inks.
