The background and the sand ( and shadow) were both done using an air compressor and copic markers as follows,

A grumpling birthday

To celebrate my husband's birthday I made a card with the new Taylored Expressions "grumplings"
I picked this stamp set up in a quaint little shop in Brown county IN. I thought this one fit the bill for my hubby seeing as he is quite gray already.

It's raining

Or in the case of outside my window right, now it's snowing. But for this SPRING card it's raining and things are growing. I made this card for a demo  at my local craft store. I used an embossing folder " cherry blossoms" by Darice for the background and texture gems from Faber Castell for the rain drops. I made 2 cards using different elements to achieve similar look.

 Below I used a DRS umbrella stamp and Ivy floral stamp for the inside.

Below I used a Spellbinder die for the umbrella  and a DRS tulip stamp

 ( it came with a bunny attached , but I cut it off)
