I've been framed........

Yep that's right it's all about the frame. The new challenge over on Simply Steampunk is using a *FRAME*  somewhere on your creation. I chose to make the card itself into a frame using some acetate under a die cut out of the front of the card .I used the digi OVAL PORTRAIT to make this card.
